Are you looking for a challenging and social sport that combines techniques, self-defense, exercise, and real life fighting skills? Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a popular training method that includes Grappling, Wrestling, Muay Thai kick boxing, Jujitsu, Taekwondo, Karate, Judo and other techniques.
MMA is a full contact sport. classes are available for anyone from beginners, intermediate or advanced fighters. You will learn striking techniques such as kicks, knees, punches, jabs and elbow strikes. Blocking defense techniques are taught to stop or deflect strikes. The classes will also focus on the strength, endurance and mental toughness needed to get you through a strenuous fight.
Spartans Club is about strength and conditioning training and martial arts.

What is included?
2 classes session plus 1 free class session.
What happens on the day?
If it is your first time, please arrive about 20 to 30 minutes before the class begins to get acquainted with our staff and learn a bit more about the workout and what to expect once the class begins.
